I actually really like the Ibis Bali Kuta hotel facilities. However, when we checked in, there were very few people who made the mood a little disturbed, because the rooms that we stayed in were not emptied even though we checked in 7 June 19 until almost 19:00 and our room was paid on June 5 19. Also on June 6 2019 I received an email from the Ibis to immediately conduct the registration, even though on June 5, 2019 I have paid off directly at the Ibis Bali Kuta hotel.
