What to start with ? The incompetence, the contempt or the sufficiency which Mr. Paya shows not only towards his personnel but also and especially towards his customers?
I think a word in 7 letters starting with a C would perfectly sum up the smallness of this character as imbued with himself as unpleasant!
If this gentleman has children, I wish them one day to "fall" on a similar person ...
