UCSF Medical Center acquired the California Cancer...

UCSF Medical Center acquired the California Cancer Center in San Mateo early this year. Since then, it's become bureaucratic, especially when it comes to getting pre-approved for treatments. For some reason, this company and Anthem Bluecross cannot get their acts together in getting my pre-authorizations right. What a nightmare to have to deal with these two companies. Neither of them can even assure me that whoever made the mistake has learned from the mistake and will make sure it won't happen again.
