Poor condition of rooms (water damage on walls and ceiling and broken/damaged furniture), rental cars had massive roach infestations (hundreds of roaches inside the car and claimed they were all that bad so there was nothing they could do.. either you want the vehicle or not), and the hotel tried to put a hold on our credit card for 700 dollars to cover any damages to the room. We fought them on it because our nightstand was about to collapse it was in such bad condition. The people were not friendly. Every inch of the room was in terrible condition, and they wanted to hold us accountable for any damages? EXCUSE ME but how many people have you charged and not done a single repair??? The grounds are beautiful. Thats the only positive thing I have to say.
