I took my car at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington for service on Feb. 11, 2015. Every time I take my car there, Service Advisors are already standing by before I even park my car. Dan Moreau, my Service Advisor is already (and always) there to check me in. My loaner car is also taken care of. As soon as I got home, it didn't take long that I got a call from Dan advising me that I need to change my 4 tires. Yes, it was expensive to do, so, I shopped around, but Mercedes can do the whole job with that amount, so, I told Dan to go ahead and have it done. During the course of the day, Dan, kept me informed on the status of my car until I picked it up. I am very happy and satisfied, not only that time, but, every time I take my car for service. The service is done when promised it will be ready.
