I worked with Diane Christensen at Hickory Park Furniture to purchase 2 IMG recliners. Diane offered excellent advice regarding my purchase and kept me well informed throughout the process (I did not order stock colors, so I had to wait a bit for the factory to provide them). All in all, it was a very easy process and we were extremely happy with the service we received. I've already given Diane's name to a few friends who are in the market for furniture!
