Thanks to Covid 19, we spent enough time in the house to decide it was time for new furniture. I had my heart set on a sofa that I saw on the floor of another retailer. They were not very helpful in explaining the process to customize nor the options and quite frankly, I was made to feel like they were not interested in selling me the sofa. After researching the manufacturer site to look for other retailers, Hickory Park Furniture Gallery came up.
I emailed Hickory Park and Diane Christensen responded. She was so very kind and patient with me to make sure I was able to get the sofa I wanted. She made me feel as though I was working with a friend instead of a sales consultant! Diane made me aware of any sales and incentives being offered by the manufacturer in order to purchase at an unbelievable price! It took a little while to turn around due to the pandemic but when the sofa was delivered yesterday, we knew it was worth the wait! We will be recommending Diane and Hickory Park Furniture Gallery to our friends and family!
