I had a great bib buying experience thanks to Stephanie.At the beginning of the week I had a lengthy phone conversation with this incredibly helpful and knowledgable person. She literally knew everything there is to know about bicycle clothing.We made an appointment for a Saturday morning try-on session. Stephanie had selected 6 or 7 bibs for me and explained the technical details, features and pros/cons of each article. She listened and was super patient . I must have spent an hour in the store and purchased everything I needed.She made sure i saw the sale items as well as the full priced stuff . What a fantastic employee.
