Great and informative sanctuary. Read their website before going. It gives the expectations on what you may see. In the summer, definitely go either early in the morning @9am when they open, or after 5pm, so that you can see the bears and big cats. Otherwise, you won't get to see much. Volunteers were friendly and helpful also. Glad there are caring people that want to take care of these wonderful mistreated animals.
