I have never had such a poor experience with a real estate agent. No professionalism, lacks awareness and very poor communication skills. He didn't even show up for the showing. 10 minutes after getting there, I call him and he states the landlord will do the showing.

I asked to see a unit, told Nanda I'm interested and would like to lease the unit. I didn't receive an offer sheet, didn't get any explanation as to why. He didn't even fulfill his duty of delivering an offer when I told him I want to lease the unit. 1 day later, after my continuous follow up, I get a simple "Landlord told me that wants more time think". Exactly like that. No context, no opportunity, no offer sheet to work off of. it sounds like he selected my outcome before I could even make a decision.
