The products seem great and easy to install but, unfortunately their customer service is way below mediocre. First of all, it took them more than 2 weeks to process my order and, when there was issues with backorders, they didn't even notify me nor did they send me tracking information once everything shipped. I had to call repeatedly just to get an update.

When my order did arrive the packaging was so poor that some fittings and tubing were completely shattered! Furthermore, parts were missing so I couldn't even assemble everything. I called twice to get the missing parts shipped and nothing happened! The third time I called I asked that they overnight the parts and they waited 2 days to ship them out.

THE MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTED ME AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WITH MY ORDER WAS RESOLVED AND COMPENSATED ME FOR THE ISSUES AND MY SPENT TIME. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND THANKFUL FOR THEIR RESPONSE. AFTER INSTALLING MY WATER SOFTENER AND RO SYSTEM AND USING THEM FOR 2 MONTHS, I CAN HONESTLY SAY THESE PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING AND THE WATER QUALITY IS SECOND TO NONE! GREAT PRODUCTS THAT PRODUCE GREAT WATER FOR MY WHOLE HOUSE AND ARE EASY TO INSTALL!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP AND THANKS FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUES WITH MY ORDER!
