If they have a large assortment but at the time I had a problem they could not help me, I made a mistake when selecting a component and when I called to ask for their support they denied it to me, I recognize that in the end it was my mistake but I was in the best willingness to take no advantage, offered to send the product back, was not opened, used or mistreated in any way, and did not even ask for a refund, I just wanted to change the product for one that would work for me on my pc and only They offered to give me a discount to buy another component. In the end, a company must offer a service to its customers and try to solve problems effectively, so they already know if they have any mistakes, do not have help from them, buy and never make mistakes or are alone. regards
