The phone support is pathetic ,extremely rude. Like they don't care if you buy anything or not . Called them twice once to find out about a 4K monitor and 2nd time to find about a gaming chair and the person kept me on hold while he was talking to someone else . Then he says come here if u want to buy anything. He expects me to travel all the way from santacruz to lamigton rd to get a price how ridiculous is that . For such an old company they should have some dedicated phone service to ans customers queries .In this day an age no proper phone support speaks volumes of how professional a company is . I hope they improve on this .
