Thanks to staff at Grant Kaplan, my PERM application was approved by the DOL. There was no need to submit additional information as the original application was complete. Before we submitted the application, the legal team found and fixed some potential discrepancies that could have lead to either an audit or rejection. We are happy that this part of the process completed successfully.
