I have called and emailed your organization in regards to the scurrilous actions of your delivery people during the time that I was a client in the Bronx and now in my new apart
Deliveries sometimes did not come in the Bronx; however my service was ended as You were not at home . The same situation also occurred at:
*** ***** ***, **, NY
Unfortunately this time with more grievous consequences, due to the delivery people one day not showing up then blaming the staff of ***** **** for not allowing them in. I contacted you but then they came the next time whilst I was @ *** Hospital after my having requested that they do not for that day.
I got a call from a woman whilst in treatment who said, We are outside of your apartment building and we are coming up. I quickly informed her that I was at the hospital, couldn t talk and to please note that I had informed Client Services about it days before.
After what was some time I received a text from Henry Hall asking, Should we let them in? aka P.T.E. (Permission to Enter). They accompanied one of the delivery people up to the apartment as he made several derogatory comments about being Made to wait , etc.

The staff member informed the management of same and then **** ********** contacted me asking What is the problem?

I agree with others who say "Awful place, they are NOT caring about sick clients. I will never refer any ouf my clients there. Never."
