Incredible experience. The Wampanoag site was the best part. If you talk with the Wampanoag staff, who are actual Native Americans themselves, and you ask deep questions about what they really went through and what they're still going through, not only do they appreciate it, but you'll learn so much. I was so grateful and blown away by what they had to say. One Wampanoag woman suggested that I read up more on King Philip's War, and I immediately went to my public library and have been reading about it since. What you will learn from them if you REALLY ask about important things is invaluable and what we as modern Americans NEED to know. I absolutely loved this experience.
