I have and 05 Stella that can be temperamental. I am no mechanic so I often go to youtube to find tips for keeping it roadworthy and found Bob's videos about general maintenance. Working on engines can be a tough and frustrating process but the videos made it easy. I don't live in Minnesota, but I reached out to Bob for some advice through email and he was incredibly helpful, understood my issue and explained how to address the problem in a way I could understand. It hard enough to find someone who understands these machines, and finding people who actually care and take time to provide excellent, kind service is even more rare. No money was exchanged between us, but I was treated as if I mattered. I can't recommend Scooterville enough!
