Our experience with Prestman Auto in Salt Lake was very disappointing. We appreciated Carlos Cardenas, the person we worked with -- very professional, super friendly. We also appreciated Nate's help. Tracy, who took care of the paperwork, was nice, but I later learned that he had tricked us into signing an agreement that waived their obligation to provide us the title within 2 days. They took over 6 weeks to mail us the title. That was ridiculous. By the time we received the title, the temporary sticker in the window had expired. Then I also figured out that they had charged us $110 for licensing and title. We didn't license and title the car in Utah because we live in Idaho! I would never buy a car there again. What a mistake.
