Our experience at BMW Toronto was excellent - largely due to our outstanding sales consultant Dominique Girouard. Dominique was knowledgeable about the vehicle we considered purchasing, very helpful - going beyond what we have encountered in the past as 'usual' at other dealerships, and truly a joy to work with. Her sales approach is straight forward, no pressure, knowledge and experience based and respectful. As a result of the excellent service we received from Dominique, we will continue to purchase future vehicles at BMW Toronto and intend to return there for our servicing. We would very highly recommend Dominique to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. Like the BMW itself, Dominique is top-notch!
