I live in Ontario and was looking to purchase a new Golf R in grey. They were sold out in Ontario so I reached out to Southgate VW through their website to ask what the price would be and if it would be possible to have the car shipped to Ontario.

A sales person named Anton contacted me the next day to discuss my options. He put together an price for me. The cost to get the car to Ontario was more than I wanted to spend. I thanked him for his time.

I continued my search for a Golf R and while dealing with local dealers I had a few questions so I reached out to Anton and asked them to him. I wasn't expecting him to answer them seeing as there was zero chance I was going to be a customer. Not only did he take the time to answer my questions through text, he actually called me to discuss them with me.

Though I never purchased a car from them, knowing they were willing to help out someone in another province even though they knew I'd never be a customer was really nice of them.
