We've used Sidey Design for our building reg drawings for a substantial renovation and extension. The plans has been started by a different designer. I was recommended Sidey by a family friend builder, who said they produce some of the best plans that a builder can *actually* work from. Given the responses from builders as they quoted, I believe this is the case.

We now have three large A1 drawings with multiple sections, and all the detail on those sheets. It's dense, but very well thought through and highly practical, and they are very reasonably priced. More so, they've been very good to work with. I haven't met in person due to covid, but our contact, Steve, has a can-do attitude, is quick and industrious and will spend the time explaining concepts to the layman (me). Our builder is equally impressed and is now recommending them too.
