I find it very disturbing that your organization terminates employees who are exercising their first amendment right outside of work in support of law enforcement. With all the anti-law enforcement rhetoric that is currently going on and all the organizations that are advocating violence against law enforcement it is my perception that by terminating an employee who is advocating in support for law enforcement that this organization indirectly supports the anti-law enforcement movement. As the saying goes perception is reality. I hope law enforcement organizations see this review and see how you treat employees who support law enforcement, especially since that employee has law enforcement in their family.
