Less than stellar. I had high hopes after reading the reviews, but I'm not impressed. I started a new lease and was offered to have the final payments paid of my old lease. The months were "miscalculated" and I'm stuck paying 2 car notes simultaneously. Honestly, it was my fault also, and I was willing to pay it (because I signed contract) but the way it was handled was beyond unprofessional. I called and left multiple messages for my salesperson (Juan Martinez) and he would not respond. When I came to the dealer in person he said, "Oh yea, I left you a voicemail..." or "I'll give you a call on Monday". False.

Customer service, communication, and transparency goes a long way with me and they definitely dropped the ball with this one. I do not recommend, and although my lease just started, I can't wait til it's over
