The technician they sent out was absolutely fantastic and great to work with. Once he was able to start on the job he did great work and was quick. The communication from the office/operators TO the technicians leaves much to be desired however (didn't correctly relay job information to the technician). Price also seemed a bit high but can't verify that as we were in a bind and didn't have time to get quotes from elsewhere.
