I attempted to purchase a pitch and putt bag through their web site. Within minutes, I was contacted by Jenny informing me that the color I had chosen was out of stock. Jenny informed me of my remaining options and was very upfront. Although I chose to refund my order (I will re-order when back in stock), I found a very pleasant experience with Jenny's immediate outreach and information. She issued my refund immediately. I did not get the run around and I did not have to chat with a robot. Good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm disappointed that I don't have the bag yet; but I am looking forward to doing business with this store in the future! Thanks, Jenny!

Received an email from Jenny informing me that they received one bag in their last delivery. I re-placed my order and was told that it was in the mail the same day! Got the bag. Exactly what I wanted!
