We've never been so humiliated! My brothers and I planned a family trip, and booked the hotel through booking. Checkin was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. We arrived at the hotel at 5:00 p.m., that is, by this time the rooms were already supposed to be released, but it was the other way around. I still had to wait for the room to be released, where I was able to settle in at 6:05 p.m.
One of my sisters with a baby on her lap was given the key to a room that was already occupied. My brother-in-law opened the door and another guest was startled to see another person enter the room. Completely absurd !!!! Also, I made reservation by opting for rooms on the top floor and next, since we are in family. Some of my relatives stayed on the 5th floor, others on the 10th, 11th, and 15th ... and I stayed on the 3rd floor My brother, who was originally in room 802, had to ask to change rooms because the bathroom toilet was clogged, filled and overflowed with water on the floor.
One of the attendants seemed nervous, hyper inexperienced, and without patience.
Would not recommend this hotel, nor the stick! Total lack with the guest! And I will take the appropriate measures to recover my rights.
