Check-in staff is less than cordial, at first. Once they (2 different people at 2 different times) found our reservation THEN they were pleasant. <br/>Bellhop was nice and informative. <br/>The room was ok...premier king, with a nice view of the parking lot and vineyard hillside.<br/>The bed was very hard to the point of being uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well. <br/>The shower was dripping rust..<br/>Wall and ceiling are thin and at midnight our upstairs neighborh sounded as if they were playing basketball. <br/>Dinning; the short of it is DO NOT EAT HERE.The Siena is awful. Wait staff was nonexistent. Food was ok and a bit salty. Got the steak which only came with French fries...no veggies. Very fatty slice of meat.<br/>This hotel is NOT worth the four star rating and is more on par with a comfort suites or holiday inn. will NOT stay here again. <br/>The only bright spot was the Village for the wine tasting. That was 5 stars.
