My husband was treated for carbon dioxide exposed. The doctors were great. My husband texted me telling me they were releasing him. He was on the first floor emergency room about 300 feet away. He walked straight to the car and realized he left his phone on the bed. No more than 2 minutes had elapsed. Hss security said they would go look in the room. One and a half minutes later the security Cop and a heavy set lady (house keeping) came to the lobby. Security said there was no phone in the room. He said did you talk to house keeping. He stated yes and looked at the fat woman next to him and said she stated it wasn't in the room. This maid wouldn't speak for her self. He stated the room had already been cleaned. I asked did you check the linens? He stated they were thrown down the laundry shoot and he had spoke with them and no phone was found.
No one can verify that much info in such short of time. And how can house cleaning clean an emergency room so fast. Especially when the nurse sprayed the room in his blood , from missing his vein. I immediately began calling his phone and someone had already powered his phone off. It was going straight to voice mail. My husband asked to use the phone in lobby to call the police to report the theft. Hss security said no. My husband picked up the lobby free phone to call police and hss security hing up the phone. Private rental cops cannot do that. My husband used my phone and reported all this to front desk. They said they would get someone to call him. They lied! He called Tab the physicians assistant who treated him and he said he would get some one to help him.! My husband was left on hold. A Den of thieves!!! Google rose hospital and thefts. Stay far away from Rose hospital and dont ever hire HSS securitas AKA mall cops
