I had blood work done on the 8th of December to check my hormone levels. My Dr told me the test results would be in Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday the 13th left a message no call. Called again on Friday a week later the 15th left a message and was told they had no access to my tests. I received a call this morning and the message was normal and negative. I'm really confused because it makes no sense. Normal and negative? I have been having a lot of problems with the office staff and billing dept. I've been going to Dr Bessette for 9 years now and I'm not very happy with the bedside manner I'm getting. I understand Dr's get busy but the message I received is not acceptable. This is my health and that explanation is not appropriate or acceptable. Also when I make an appointment for 11 i usually don't get in to the back for about 4 or 5 hours. My husband and I are looking for a new Dr after the first of the year.
