I have lived at Briarwood Village for a year now. It is great! I love the fast free internet. It is very close to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and isn t too far from campus. The maintenance staff is very prompt and the office manager is very helpful. I auto-pay my rent so I don t have to worry about turning in my rent each month. Plus there is only one other utility payment to pay. Briarwood is very cost effective for a college student!
