Actually, we were here to Pip's Playbox that located on the 4th floor. But there were balcony with garden and we could see scenery around Esplanade such as Merlion, Marina Bay Sand, Singapore Flyer, etc. Amazing. Too bad it was raining so we could not be there for longer time.
