This was the first time to this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience as the service was fast and a very friendly staff. With COVID-19 going on I felt completely safe at this dealership with there safety procedures. Everyone was wearing mask, even outside. I was there for about an hour or so and I never saw an employee with a mask on. This is the only establishment in Charlotte that I have been that I felt completely safe.
