Beaver Ho (Service Advisor) jumped on an unexpected problem right away and arranged for a loaner. The repair turned out to be more extensive than initially appeared, and Beaver coordinated the extended warranty claim and service. It took two weeks, but I was never without a car, and there was no bill! Beaver kept me informed and went above and beyond!
