My new Intel i9 9900K ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E MOBO Coolermaster Silencio 452 system failed to boot, not even a post code. I had connected the video card PCI express power into the CPU 8 pin power ATX connection. It needed a bit of pushing !!! After pulling that out it almost booted (fan on, power light on no post code still). We inserted the correct connection and all was good. DOH! Justin at Austin put me straight in a few minutes.
