Sent prints called multiple times my customer wanted a guide rail to match and order additional units (9)
The person I spoke to was uninformed about his own product , poor follow up and follow through we wanted to work with this small business but keep it local our shop made the parts per print they are simple and any local Fab / welding company can meet your entrance demands this company could not even provide replacement parts !
