The service man was, as with all the techs we've met with John Wayne, neat, friendly, respectful and professional. He didn't quit until he had tested everything about our system, performed 3 repairs to include 2 new parts, and made recommendations for future potential needs without trying to push us to do that work now. He left asking only for initials and a signature due to us having the service plan. We always recommend John Wayne to family and friends. Their staff is second to none!
