I lived in Reading area most of my life and I always remember the Inn at Reading as a Majestic/Prestigious Hotel...I Reserved an Executive King non-smoking- after checking in we arrived at our room and opened the door we were given a regular room with 2 dbl beds. When I questioned the front desk they said they "were out" of that room type due to 2 weddings going on...we were stuck since the room was pre-paid. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and in our room. No cold water so we had to be moved to another room-still dbl beds though! NO "free/complimentary " ANYTHING on the weekends- ordered room service and food was cold. The place looked dirty!!! The prestige I had for this place is gone. I have since cancelled my upcoming reservation and I will never stay there again!
