We had just recently purchased a new 2013 Nissan Altima at Illini Nissan and was returning to get the first oil change. The service department was friendly and efficient. We waited for the work to be done and in no time at all they were finished and also washed our car! The best part is that all of this was at no charge as it was part of the new car service agreement! We have been very pleased with Illini Nissan from the sales to the service. We love the Altima!!
