A classic and everyone is so nice and helpful. It is in a great location. I have stayed at Soho Grand for years and can't bear to try any other hotel!!!! The common areas are comfortable and the staff in the restaurant and lobby are amazing as well as the doormen and bellhops. Champagne awaits when you check in!
