I have been a customer of Ams retail solutions inc for a few years now and I must say, their services have been average at best. While they do provide a decent range of solutions, their customer support could use some improvement. The response time to queries is often slow and the resolution provided is not always satisfactory. I hope they work on enhancing their support system.
