Update #1, from my original positive impressions now that I've had about a half a year to see more.

Update #2, Brett at Baxter has been working with me to smooth out problems I've been struggling with on my new Focus. Things are looking up. I will update again once I see how everything pans out.

Update #3, my biggest issue has been addressed, outstanding issues on two household vehicles appear to be stopped, leaving it 3 stars since I did finally get good help on one big issue.
