Dear All, Kindly do not use this service they are pathetic, lairs rude, UAE worst company ever they are scammers, They do not care about you the they are lairs they cheat they steal your money, and above all the worst customer services ever in UAE, Its better for them to hire people from any labor camps then hiring a people like 'MARWAN YOUSAF' who him self called as so called CS manager not even close to it... Careem has caused me a lot of frustration the managers like MARWAN YOUSAF starts to mock you on the phone... I say Pathetic customer service !!! and open a barber shop your CS TEAM will preform way much better there ..
