5 Star now - Updating my review from a 1 to 5 star. I received a call from Audi management (Caleb) asking about my experience. We had a great conversation, discussed the issues, and received future service offerings for my experience. I really appreciate them addressing the concerns, fixing the issues, and listening to their customers. Well done!

Initially rated 1 Star - Very surprised and horrible experience I received. Customer service goes along way! The cleaning/vacuuming guys were the best experience of it all.

Would have thought better service with what I ve heard about Audi.
