I have been using the services of NTGS for a while...

I have been using the services of NTGS for a while now, and I must say they are just average. The product quality is decent, but nothing outstanding. The customer support is responsive but sometimes lacks proper communication. Overall, I am satisfied, but there's definitely room for improvement.
