My family has been fans of the Pappas Bro. chain for years. I wanted to share a particular experience at the San Antonio I-10 West location. We ate a late lunch on our way out of town, on our way home. Home is 3+ hrs. West of San Antonio. We were over half way home when my wife realized that she had left her purse at the restaurant. We contacted the manager on duty and confirmed they had the purse, and to see what options we had other than driving back that evening. To add to the story there were significant items in the purse that we needed back sooner than later. The next day the manager, Diamond, initiated the process for us to get the purse back. Took a little help from the corporate office to work through some policy issues. We indeed got the purse back in less than 48hrs., with all the contents.

2 take aways. First faith in humanity that the purse was found and turned in with all the contents in tact. Second that the Pappas Bro. Corp., and manger Diamond were willing to problem solve and find a solution for us that didn't involve an unscheduled trip to San Antonio.

Not only is the food and day to day service phenomenal, when a customer is faced with an unfortunate set of circumstances they stepped up to find the best solution.
