Poor customer service, broke part on car and denied it. Tried to charge additional premium for labour on warranty work that had already been approved by warranty company.

Responded to initial email complaint then ignored two replies made to Steve who has never replied. Since then I have used WLMG in Reading who are very client focused and professional.
