I brought my mother for a Chest pain and left side...

I brought my mother for a Chest pain and left side numbness with a blood pressure of 200/131. We arrived at 10:00 pm and they did an EKG at 12:16 am. This whole time my mother was having chest discomfort and a sky high blood pressure. Very disappointed at their ER. A small crowded ER that was not nearly as clean or inviting as it should be. I have heard great stuff about this hospital but I guess I was wrong.
