They've worked on three different Mac's for us, in four different visits. The first visit was great, but the second trip prompted the third and finally the fourth before we had enough. Service times are very slow and I have more unreturned phone calls than I can remember. They forgot to load programs, didn't fix the root problem, and have never a agreed return date. I will not return and will drive to Bluffton, since I stand a better chance of saving time and frustration driving the extra distance. I would not recommend.
