I visited Crystal yesterday to lease a new Jeep after my previous vehicle was totaled. I was in and out in an hour and everyone was so nice and timely. My dad and I never felt like we were getting the workaround either. Other times we've been in dealerships we've had to wait for HOURS or have to come back hours later after all the paperwork to get our vehicles. Crystal was helping another customer while with me and she never skipped a beat. I contacted her earlier in the week and truly appreciate all the time and work she put in to helping me.
