As the Director of Administration and Compliance, I had the responsibility of dealing with NLSP's facility issues and vendors, for the best value. NLSP has leased its copiers from Nauticon for the past 5 to 6 years. Their service has been great. Indeed, during the past year, we have experienced problems with our internal technology, which negatively impacted on our printing abilities. The responsiveness of Nauticon during this time has been quite beneficial and hands-on. Their technicians have been great, in response time and in proactive assistance. I am quite pleased with the service that NLSP has received from Nauticon.
